About Me

Hello! I’m Jasmine Smith aka Chef Jazzy. What was the inspiration for Gliding Lotus? It expresses the Strength, elegance and ability to flow through and never stray from my path. It all started when I was a child and enjoyed working alongside my mother in the kitchen. Being the fourth child out of six, I would make food for my family, and boy the path I endured was a long one, but I worked hard to perfect my craft because it's my passion and I love what I do. My goal is to share my love for my craft and my passion through my artistic cuisines.
